I purchased two homes on the island. Barry handled both transcations. Both deals were very smooth and I believe we bought market value. Both homes needed extensive removations. Barry was invaluable helping me with local trades. I soon discovered that he has a keen eye for construction. I was able to use many if his ideas and suggestions. Once completed , I decided to sell/rent one of the homes. My preference was to sell. I gave him the listing. To my surprise, he had an offer within days . With little negotiating we were able to firm up the deal quickly. Barry to my surprise was able to obtain the figure I was looking for. I would recommend Barry to purchase or sell any property . We found Barry Waddell by chance, doing a random google search of Sanibel and real estate. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise finding Barry and John R Wood Island Real Estate.
